The Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast Policies
  • We provide comfortable outdoor provisions for your pets, or they may stay in our screened-in back porch.

  • In keeping with Mennonite Traditions, we ask that you refrain from bringing alcohol and nicotine.

  • Check-in:  Between 4 PM and 9 PM

  • Check-out:  11 AM

  • Cash payment is preferred. 

  • Room Deposit:  In order to complete your reservation for your stay at the Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast, a deposit of 25% of the total bill must be received within 2 weeks of making reservations with the inn-keeper.  This deposit must be received in the form of a money order.

  • Next day reservations can be made depending upon availability.

  • Hunters welcome!  We are located in the heart of prime midwestern hunting grounds.

  • Brunches and Luncheons:   Guests will be served Ethnic Pennsylvania Dutch Cooking.  Rates for this service is $10 per plate.  We prefer that reservations be made at least two weeks in advance, but special arrangements can be made for your group- please call for availability.  Confirmation of the number of guests must be made at least two days prior to the event.  Payment is expected for the number of confirmed guests.  If you have special cuisine requests, our inn-keepers will strive to accommodate.

  • Cancellations:  In order to receive a refund of your deposit, the inn-keepers must be notified 2 weeks prior to the your arrival date.  No refunds are possible if the inn-keepers are notified after this date.

  • Deposits and Cancellation Policies for Exclusive Groups:  Different deposits and cancellation policies apply to exclusive groups.  Please check with the inn-keeper regarding these policies.
